Hi .
I just bought the MI300 & tried to put my SIMcard from my old phone (Maxis).
When I switched on, I got a 'need to calibre G-Sensor' message on screen.
Then screen goes blank, until I press the ON button but keep getting that same message.
Help.

2.1 (Eclair) pre-installed.
1. Go to the market and download "ROM Manager".
2. Install "UniversalAndroot" or "z4root" to root your phone (select permanent root if prompted)
3. Get the "RomManager" app from market
4. In "RomManager" select "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery"
5. Select "Commtiva Z71" phone (compatible with Boston and clones)
6. Select "Backup Current ROM"
7. Download [ROM of your choice] and [Google Apps a.k.a GAPPS thats compatible with it,if applicable]
8. reboot your phone in recovery mode (camera+low volume+power), or select "reboot into recovery" from ROM manager and with the wipe option clean all phone data
9. - use "install from zip...." option from recovery to update the rom, gapps and camera.
10. - Reboot and enjoy!!
Make sure you backup all your apps and contacts and stuffs before doing this

You phone needs some neat cleanup.
Probably a total wipe/format of SD and then a clean fresh reinstall.
What class is your micro SD card?
Check if there's any app running at background.
Myself not bothered about scores..
Added on March 6, 2011, 7:37 pmWell the Samsung Galaxy Ace can do it with the same processor MSM7227 and Adreno 200 GPU, the only difference between this phone and that is probably the battery pack.
This link here shows that they even tried to overclock it to 860MHz and saw a 5% increase in power consumption.
Now if there's any supplier which culd give this phone a battery boost?
Energizer 1900mAH?
Anyone?
what about those momax /sunglobal batts?
