This case has been more than 3 weeks, and I believe Apis PMed you once before (evidently with screen-shot), you already aware of the thread on December 4th, you ignored the thread for more then a week, right after that week only your name is included in the minor list, and then you telling everyone you don't know anything about it after 2 weeks later?

Sorry man, but acting innocent and "doesn't give a shit attitude" is wrong man, all the screenshots that captured your "pm" and "sms" clearly shows that you ignored her, not people don't wanna give you chance.

open your eyes widely and see your sms that TS captured says " its NTSC-US "
then TS fine to deal.But after received its PAL and TS cant read the disc properlly.
Then you say how you know TS NTSC or PAL.
TS asking refund back you say sell back to LYN.

i would agree that seller is lying.

If he said TS only mention about NTSC-US after the sales, he could have said something like...oh it's too late. Item is PAL and already send out. Instead, he confirms it to be NTSC-US which is a lie.

gary902, plz be responsible. What r u trying to say? If u claim that she edit her topic, she edit it on 13th nov (if she did edit it).

She bank in on 30th nov, she received on 2nd dis, so whats your point here? Trying to blame seller? This is how u entertain your client? And why not u admit that u already receive back the cd? Just refund it, or further action will took place.
