The reply you made up 3x in your previous post doesn't make any sense from the screen-shots and evidence.

This case has been more than 3 weeks, and I believe Apis PMed you once before (evidently with screen-shot), you already aware of the thread on December 4th, you ignored the thread for more then a week, right after that week only your name is included in the minor list, and then you telling everyone you don't know anything about it after 2 weeks later?

Sorry man, but acting innocent and "doesn't give a shit attitude" is wrong man, all the screenshots that captured your "pm" and "sms" clearly shows that you ignored her, not people don't wanna give you chance.

And one last thing I HAVE TO LET YOU KNOW, the minute your customer received her item, she directly contact you about it that she can't play it and wanted to have an exchange, YES OR NO? As far as I know, the item is pre-owned, right? There is no reason you cannot exchange for her, even if it is brand new sealed, you have to, because its your item, you should know better of the products that you are selling, shits like "Ah I think your console can't play because the disc is NTSC and the game is PAL", sir, you only did your research on google after selling Wii games for quite a period without knowing how the stuff function? that is interesting to know. then TS fine to deal.But after received its PAL and TS cant read the disc properlly.

If he said TS only mention about NTSC-US after the sales, he could have said something like...oh it's too late. Item is PAL and already send out. Instead, he confirms it to be NTSC-US which is a lie.
