This case has been more than 3 weeks, and I believe Apis PMed you once before (evidently with screen-shot), you already aware of the thread on December 4th, you ignored the thread for more then a week, right after that week only your name is included in the minor list, and then you telling everyone you don't know anything about it after 2 weeks later?
Sorry man, but acting innocent and "doesn't give a shit attitude" is wrong man, all the screenshots that captured your "pm" and "sms" clearly shows that you ignored her, not people don't wanna give you chance.

Business - 0/5, why don't you just stop selling online since you are so busy to help your customer / reply to the problems, after item sold and is none of your concern = shit wrong. No one gives a shit on your feedbacks or nice seller etc spams, they don't mean anything, is just a history, your attitude = everything, even a new seller can shine if he has all the manners and responsibility, get that fact straight.
