I believe thats this can be settle nicely by both parties but then the seller choose to not cooperate.

To me, yes, this is seller fault because didnt really look at what TS post in his thread (he inform that his Wii is US Set), thus just offering TS without knowing that. And for TS, i guess even u clearly wrote there at your thread, if i m the buyer, i will definitely ask the seller regarding that game's version. But then, its understandable since u told us that u r new to Nintendo Wii.

If seller continuing to ignore, i guess the best way is try to sell it yourself and get another game. Yes, u might have a lost here but most important thing, lesson learned.
