Hi guys,

Anyone facing this issue? I wan to ask, suppose
1. if i have speedmod kernal installed, i should have already CWM right? Y there is a need to put update.zip into the internal SD card?
2. I enter into the clockworkmode recovery, after select Install zip from SD card, there is nth happen. Should i have to wait for few mins? Then everything just cannot select via home button anymore, i just can click "back button" to reboot my phone.

i am using Nexus One, i wanna recommend my fren an android phone, but dunno which to recommend currently.... I see nexus S spec same as galaxy s in terms of processing power, but i heard nexus S is silky smooth, while i have some feedback of SGS where it is laggy and the not user friendly. So i wanna see if custom rom helps alot or not. I aint no iFag biggrin.gif

i chged d folder for papago.. now wen i open its says papago x5 initializing wif a black background on my homescren but nth happened

any helps? im clueless here =.=

downloaded papago X5 map from market,

downloaded maps for papago X5 for android from malfreemaps and extracted to comp,

copied the folder to my internal sd and chged the folder name ( NaviSEA > Maps > MALAYSIA )

guys i know that quadrant not that accurate but since i use speedmod, my score around 1.3k only where using voodoo last time 1.5k... using JPA... why is that?

oops sorry.. i never thought of it. Thanks alot then. Btw, i really wanted to know whether the custom rom will affect much of the SGS or not in terms of performance, this i cant test at outside store as they are stock..

out of the box SGS r basically out of the league.. tongue.gif
right now, custom roms are used to boost the performance of the SGS..
u can also read the development from v1 until now.. sweat.gif
