You should do what every one else does and lodge a complaint via their customer services. From their FAQ they indicate they will investigate it as a fault if your speed is not 80% of the subscribed speed within TM domain, even though that 80% speed is not guaranteed.

Maybe you are one of the early adopters/testers for their bandwidth management V2 or maybe it's just karma for all your "TMCB Nut"/TM Defender nonsense.

Maybe you are heavy user using over 250GB per month so you get special treatment.

and its done ... now full 4mbps speed...

u need to knw the effective way to complain... if u alwaz think that complaint to skmm and pcb is useless , then u will be capped forever... think of solution... no point making urself upset... solve the problems

harlo! do you really know how to read english? who da hell is standing on the side of TM? when you simply start attacking ppl by calling them names, those who are scared of you and your whole group will stfu. but not everybody is scared of you & your group lar......  so don't simply start labelling people as TM Defendahs...... just quote me in full where I was defending TM. It is because I never defended TM that is why I think you don't understand English too well.

Instead of arguing with each other, if you have capped issue, maybe you can post the capping times and area. we can see if others in the same area are also affected. Maybe TM is doing some more capping testing or something in certain areas.

As  you correctly point out that not all "heavy users" should be labelled as "illegal movie downloaders" and for that I apologize to you and other "heavy users", my ignorance was in part due to other threads I have read. Once again sorry.

1 user can easily reach max 1200GB/mth. How they attained that? Figure it by yourself! LOLS!

Even with 20Mbps unifi, the most I got was only 473GB a month, and it was a one off.
To achieve 1200GB with streamyx is just... amazing.

4mbps user can do it.

Thursday 09 Nov 2010 - Upgrade from SOHO 1Mbps TO Office in a Box 4Mbps

Friday 10 Nov 2010 - Installer come with Office in a box package, update my streamyx account to 4Mbps, BUT need to wait 24hrs for activation

24hours later....
Saturday 11 Nov 2010 - doing speedtest (speedtest.net/streamyx speedtest/download large file..bla..bla..) result = speed still same as 1Mbps account

Sunday not in mood, sleeping...

Monday 13 Nov 2010 - Update with installer about my problem, after lunch installer come doing some test, result = speed still "stuck" at 1Mbps / installer test using his office 4Mbps account, result = SPEED OK full 4Mbps

so... my phone line/port..bla..bla = no problem, the problem is my account

installer still help me trobuleshoot, but nothing change, then I remember about this topic..

I think TM still "HARD CAP" my account, so after upgrade t0 4Mbps, TM didn't change any setting to my account, so my speed stuck at 1Mbps package!

doing local OR international speedtest, the result = 1Mbps package

so, I call that installer guy, explain about "CAP" issue, so he will check with TM...

SH**&*(&**( TM business package also been "HARD" CAPPED!
