Not to say 4Mbps package at normal price. Just say the promotion of RM88 for 4Mbps package for Coolunipack. That price is already at least 11 times more expensive than the amount 4Mbps unlimited bandwidth package worth for. Since those heavy downloaders pay at least 11 times more expensive, non-Coolunipack customers even pay more, those heavy downloaders' action are understandable and we CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT blame them. If wanna blame, blame TMCB Nut for setting the price expensive than the amount which their package worth for.

You think I haven't do? Go read my previous posts. In this few weeks, I called them almost every nights. Even their technicians came to my house for a few times already. At the end, did the problem solve?

All these organization are just a "display" and do nothing.

Especially, SKMM. They replied that they had forwarded the cases to TM. Did I ask them to do it? I requested them to take serious action against TM. And what did they do? Replying me with a nonsense such as "investigating the case". Investigating the case take few weeks?

After that, do you think I still have confidence to them?

I really don't understand. When some bad things happened, there must be someone stand at the side of those people who do those bad things. Really don't know whether justice exist in these people's brain or not.

With the newest hard disk of at least 2TB, it isn't impossible.

If a person wish to challenge TM, he/she can also do like this: After downloading the files, delete them and then re-download again, then delete again and then re-download again.

Don't forget that the files can be burnt to DVD also.

If TM wants, they can uncap our speed to those speedtest servers, but cap the speed to all other servers. Just a matter of want or not.

I choose to believe they will do it, even without evidence.

doing local OR international speedtest, the result = 1Mbps package

so, I call that installer guy, explain about "CAP" issue, so he will check with TM...

SH**&*(&**( TM business package also been "HARD" CAPPED!

Speed is quite unstable. Sometime fast and sometime slow. What I mean is like this: Now slow, few seconds later fast again, few seconds later slow down again, then few seconds later fast again.

After reboot my modem, I totally can't login. Switch to bridge mode and use manual connection, Windows tell me error 691, wtf.
