Just a complain letter is no use in Malaysia, this can be prove for the lactency problem around 4 years, we got send a complain letter to MCMC, TMNET and other, they won't solve the problem if no any pressure... They just will continue to find a way to get more profit only. And forget to say, what ur belive is wrong, most of the user here already do the complain to such department, what we write here is a PRESSURE...
