Just create a US PSN acc. Download the dlc and install it. It should appear in your game

I think he have r1 code but play gt5 r2 disc. To redeem the code sure can with us psn but will it appear in gt5 r2 disc? Same like the facebook games which rewarded r2 dlc. U can redeem the dlc with eu account but the jaguar car doesnt appear in r3 disc. Sauron kat confirm it.

if now i got r3 gt5 and dlc car i redeem it ..

and then i sell it and buy r1 gt5 ..

can i play it new r1 games with my old setting ( psn asia r3 ) ? .. my dlc car appear or lost it ??

Nothing to do with what region your ps3 disc is. Ps3 games are region free
