nothing is easier than the other it's a matter of your shooting style.
what is your preference of shooting.? know what type of lens you want before you ask people. because it might lead you to misleading.

hi there...im newbie in dslr...want to get a dslr...aiming for Canon 60d. would like to know should i get the standard kits lens which is 18-55mm or i buy the body only and buy a canon ef 55mm/f1.8 II lens? .is the canon EF 55mm/f1.8 II lens enuff for beginner like me?

Canon digital SLR camera is best in all.

all Nikon D3xxx and D5xxx ( and older bodies like D40, D60, D50 and so on) do not have screw drive motor (aka built in focus motor) to drive the autofocus on AF-D lenses. See more bodies at http://www.mylensdb.com/sitemap/#body-nikon

Personally, Ill get the one with screw drive motor loh given that I choose Nikon's way lah. If you intend to get 50mm prime cheap, but then you lose focusing ability with those bodies... then...  Or you can scout for other systems.
