QUOTE(andyyeep @ Jan 12 2011, 09:32 PM) Have Anyone Use VIP 5 in the single or double storey house? Can you describe how they install the whole Fiber optic from outside to the house? mine was installed from a telephone pole (Fibre distribution point) at the back of the house.. the long cable connects from the pole to a fibre termination box thats stuck onto the wall outside my window.. then the fibre line is run through the ceiling of the house from there and into the place where the modem/router is located. |

QUOTE(kl98 @ Jan 13 2011, 01:57 PM) i dont think they charged me extra for running the cables through the ceiling.. but i believe it will be a little more expensive since the cable has to go up the wall, go through the ceiling, and go down from the wall again.. maybe another extra 5meters of cable i guess? |
