i was wondering low sensitivity gamers set like around your dpi , what about the windows sensitivity?
*
I also prefer play at lower dpi.

Last time I use my Ikari laser at 1800DPI.
But now playing RTS at 1400dpi and FPS at 900dpi only.

I got better precision and aiming at lower dpi.

Then the fellow's hand movement really tiny until you can't realize he moving his hand.

I cant even play any game at more than 2500dpi if window sensitivity at 6.

Never expect them be very powerful gear, quite a large portion of your money is paid to Blizzard from Razer for the Licensee to put all the SC II logo and wording.

For a finger tip grip, it actually need a small mouse to fit the finger control, Lachesis is too big for it.

Currently using the Asian Pro Salmosa, it is a bit too small(width) to hold and move but still manageable.

Not yet try the Abyssus in daily usage, its width is okay but the height swt...

So far from dimension, Spectre, Salmosa normal ed. , TRON still within my scope for comfortable grip. What a pain in the @$$ haiz =_=|||

As Lachesis Refresh, you need more pressure to click compare with Mamba. Its hard to click for both left and right click at the very first time (defect unit? @@ LoLzz) , after a long period of usage, you can get used on it.

Ya Lachesis front part is really big but not the back part.
Previously I am Lachesis user also but my self don like its shape, but there is some users can fingertip grip it.

Consider for Kinzu and Kova also??

Not only the Lachesis Refresh, I thought the old 1 also has quite a tough click.

Seems like I mistaken something, I thought new Lachesis's Razer logo is without light like Mamba, but it is not.
Overall outlook just the same only the changed the scroll right??

Yes. just the sensor and the multicolor function had added for new Lachesis. The shape was the same and added mouse feet around the sensor.

Headquarter office shouldn't be open at saturday, i am not sure.

Anyway, box not really improtant
important 1 is the receipt, they can trace the serial number from the mouse itself, but bring all is the safe way.

it would be taken to be rma-ed, and knowing razer's rma services, it would take quite a while. this sort of thing you should ask the distributors btw.

Depends on the severity of the problem, if it is beyond repair then probably a new one. Anyway, if you bought it from a retail shop or dealer, they will most likely ask you to refer back to the place you bought it from.

from reviews and past experiences of friends i would say avoid lachesis at all cost as it is regarded often as the worst mouse from razer for its price

I second that, I'm using one atm. You'll need to have a 'claw' type of grip to reach all the buttons easily. Its kinda huge and uncomfortable for long hours of play, my hands are actually quite big already (I can lift a basketball with just one hand) and I still find it uncomfortable. The laser used goes crazy once in awhile and I need to unplug and replug it. Imo, its not worth it. My previous razer, the Diamondback beats the cr@p out of my current Lachesis. Don't get me wrong, I like Razer, in fact I just imported a Razer Nostromo during Christmas but the Lachesis really needs work, it should be much better for the price it commands
