That's just a line in for mic... Not a built in mic...

Just download and install the driver. You'll know how to use it once you boot the driver up.

i wan ask i own a mamba.
the problem is sumtime i play fps game the mouse suddenly
don't response properly.
it like suddenly u move up the cursor dunno go where then like stuck2
a bit.
Is it the mouse faulty?been using for 1yr+

Usually this kind of symptom is due to the battery being weak.

Are you using wireless or wired mode? If you're on wireless, perhaps there's interference?

i also nt sure.need ask u guys n see whether wat is the problem.

i tried on both mode wired n wireless mostly i use wired
surface i tried on goliathus control mousepad,it had a bit issue with tracking,
then i play on the table also a bit tracking problem,but put a4 paper on it
then no problem.but playin2 suddenly the problem occurred.
is it firmware problem?bcause after like i unplug n replug back the usb
then wait the mouse startup a while, then ok d.

Some basic troubleshooting:

1) Try on a hard surface mousepad, maybe borrow from your friend if he/she has one?
2) Try on different computers to make sure that it isn't just your/that computer experiencing this problem.
3) Try updating to the latest firmware if yours is not the latest at the moment.
4) Try different USB ports.

same here. happen only on wireless since day 1 i got it. especially frequent when bat left 1 bar. so now i charge frequently and rarely happens.

i got leh

goliathus shud be no problem...but i got this problem once i use it on steelseries 4HD
