I think ur not the first one say this b4, about ads at bus stops. but untill now I nvr see any ads, except for mcd and the 3 fat ladies loving their ride..
*
i do find my room base on the ad paste at the mrt station, just hours after the house owner paste it, n i'm the 1st one who go there to have a look. nice room n i straightly gv the deposit laugh.gif does save me half month rental of agent fees ~

but frankly , after that , each time i pass by the mrt station , i will purposely go there to have a look ... but the result .... u know la .... maybe that time i really really really lucky tongue.gif

Without agent,
You tend to save the 1/2 of ur rental but u never know that the house owner can raise the room prices anytime. I had met such situation before where house owner put cheaper price to get a tenant then after 2 months staying, they want to raise the room prices.
*
i thought there is a contract to honour ?

hmm.gif

i sign a contract with the house owner, stating clearly the rental for whole year ...

What do you mean you get info which is wrong?

Didnt you inform your HR that your taking leave and await for their approval?
*
i was told can leave early as we only work half day on christmas eve n new year eve. tongue.gif

however , the result come out is dissapointing , as the half day in my company means starting from xpm , which is extra few hours than the normal half day rclxms.gif

n i just get the confirmation on the time n date by today from the HR, as my boss mood is very changeble ~ laugh.gif wonderful culture from my company ~~~~

I am going back KL by bus this time, then i will bring my car from KL to JB, so this is the last time i will be taking bus/public transport to KL tongue.gif
not really sure about transnational because most of the time i will take those coach directly from SG like Aeroline. You just need to call tem up or go online, there is a section that u can change travel date and time, the 1st change is free and it must be done 1 or 3 days before the departure date if not mistaken.

thx ~

24th Dec is like super-duper-peak period. really can't choose a worst time to cross the causeway. I also initially planned to go back on 24th but after much consideration, changed the plan to 22nd, at least still can countdown to Xmas in KL  rclxms.gif
*
i knw the situation too, but stil under probation period, if take leave it will be an unpaid leave tongue.gif

everything counted in,the bus is 5pm, it is an extra 4 hour to reach larkin from singapore (if normal half day work) . i oso ready to stuck in traffic jam when going back to KL (i dun really celebrate christmas , jus to go home to meet my family)

the only thing i didnt think of is the half day in my company means going back xhour late than the usual half day notworthy.gif

got a problem, feeling lost here....

after finish my final exam, within a month, i accepted an offer and come to this company in singapore.

Now more than 2 months ald, i feel that i dun really like this job , and oso feel like really wanna have a rest, coz i didnt really plan to start working so early after i graduate, wanted to go holiday...

plus the working environment in singapore , -,-' u knw , 3w = work , work n work.

now feel like wanna change job or resign , and at the mean time , i can have a rest.

so , in the future , will this will gv a bad impression to other company?

how bout the permit the company applied for me, will i be penalised or blacklisted by the MOM?

in the offer letter, they just mention within probation period , i nid to gv 2 weeks notice....

also, ur next company will ask u why u resign within few months. It is best not to resign tat early as it will consider as job hop.
*
if i dun mention it in the resume , or i tell them the truth i dun like the previous job ?

doesnt it make sense for people to quit the job asap , as it may waste my time but oso the company time, trained me one year but i stil quit for other job tongue.gif

1. within 1 year of working in Sg , can i apply for PR ? Construction field, EP, electrical engineer.

2. if i want to let go of my PR in the future, while i'm stil working in Sg. izit possible ?

3. the employer normally prefer PR or without PR ? between paying for our CPF, or being limited to certain amount of foreigner ? construction field ...
