QUOTE(dxjb @ Dec 9 2010, 03:04 PM)
A press conference has been set for 2pm UK time (10pm Malaysian time) for the unveiling of the new Newcastle United manager likely to be Alan Pardew unless he gets killed or Fat Mike Ashley made a fool of everyone and has somebody else as manager and Pardew as an assistant..unlikely though..so those of u who have astro, try checking channel 818 ESPNEWS as the press conference might and should be live on there from 10pm..

i am starting to imagine Pardew being asked tough questions like 'do u know majority of Newcastle fans don't like u?', "how long have u known that u will get the job at Newcastle?", "do u know ur management record is nowhere near as good as Chris Hughton?", and my personal favourite"did u sleep with Southampton's captain Ricky Lambert's wife?"..haha..i hope he chokes or does a Joe Kinnear and have heart problems..serves him right!!!

I just hate the fact that Pardew had been in discussions with Asshley and Llambias while CH was still in the job..shows what kind of pathetic professional he is..and the fact he knows he is unwanted at Newcastle yet taking up the manager's job coz he is good pals with Ashley and Llambias just shows he is as ridiculous as Denise Wise was at the club!!!

I hope Peter Beardsley is still in the job for Saturday..or if he is not, I hope Pardew is introduced to the crowd before the match as I can say he will not get a hero's welcome that a new manger usually gets..he might get booed, jeered and even get verbally abused like a Sunderland manager or player gets at SJP..simply coz he is crap and unwanted!!!

at the press conference, hoping for Joey Barton to give a stiff right hand punch to Ashley's fat belly and K.O the owner with a punch to the head and Joey to poke Pardew's eyes with microphones!!!

Rumour pardew is on a 5 and a half year contract, SHOCKING shakehead.gif
Guess cashley wouldn't mind sharing his fortune with his pal when he sacks him 6 months later

Still refused to believe that this shitty situation is actually happening

Im anxious to see what will happen. A 5 and a half years contract? MA might probably support his friend here with transfer funds right?

for the fact that mike ashley wants an EXPERIENCE manager, he is hardly any, i take CH over PARDEW anytime

and he got sacked at southampton for sleeping with the caption's wife and bad results, relegated with west ham, then charlton, then fail to get charlton promoted (CH manage it in 1 season) and get 11th and sacked, so far 3 clubs, his only success is taking west ham to fa cup finals and thats all, he cant handle big stars and i doubt he can handle barton and carroll as well as CH

I think the youth development thing is the only positive we can take out of this appointment, he had some experience during his stint in west ham
BUT overall, all of us here are still baffled and ENRAGED by fat ash's stupid decision, feckin stick with Hughton if you're gonna appoint Pardew
Players will have to take time to get used to the new manager's tactics and his way of conducting, most of our players (speculating) will not even like him
Worst case scenario which is very likely to happen is like Hogson and Liverpool
We're gonna struggle REAL bad, or things may turn for the better, new manager syndrome? (which I doubt, the players will be having an all time low morale after seeing Hughton being treated like that)
Another good thing MIGHT be transfer fund made available in Jan for Pardew since he is buddies with fat ash and llambias
Dont hold your breathe for it though, knowing how stingy fat ash is

One thing for sure, regardless of who's in charge we'll still be getting behind the team nod.gif
Thats how helpless we really are, moreover we're not local fans, and even local fans can't do nothing much about it with their demonstration, since fat ash is so ignorant about the fan's feeling, fckin thick face basket
Just gotta keep supporting the team, even though we're heading for oblivion, hoped not sad.gif

Pardew, he obviously a less experienced manager compared to Hughton is you ask me..Wish you guys luck with him, as his record doesn't really convinced me that he will able to do the job required by his contract.

Watch ESPNEWS and u can see Pardew, Ashley and Llambias hugging after the contrract signing..they can all pi**off.. mad.gif

Well, since Ashely took over the club, Newcastle and especially the Public Relations department have gone from one blunder to another..and for the first time, Im praying they will do another one on Saturday..

I pray relentlessly that before the match against Liverpool, the PR department decide to introduce Alan Pardew to the fans by bringing him on to the pitch..im hoping that he gets 51998 fans booing, jeering, insulting Pardew at one go with only Ashley and Llambias giving him the applause..or Pardew is introduced to the crowd in front of a half empty SJP but still being booed like crazy..that would make my day..

n to those who say we should give Pardew a chance, get this..i despise him for discussing to take over Hughton's job while Chris was still in the job..and I despise him for sleeping with the Southampton's captain wife..

Only survival in the Premier League, a win over Sunderland in January and maybe a good FA cup run might make me respect this guy..but for now, he is way worse than CH..

*Positively, Dan Gosling and Steve Harper are on their way back from injury..Harper played a practice game and even saved a penalty..we need him to organise the defence which Krul is still not good at..and please God can we please have Barton and Nolan back for Sataurday and Stevie G still injured? cry.gif

oh well ... time to accept the fact and hope Pardew will actually do us some good. we know his CV isnt impressive but let us pray that it will be an exception this time around ...

honestly speaking, most of us here rage when CH was sacked because he was unfairly treated by fatmike ...

when they said after firing CH they are getting a more experienced manger, i though they must have landed martin jol or martin o'neil or some other manager with similar stature, now i was like WTF they sign a five year plus contract, how many newcastle manager in recent years have keep the job for more than one year? Ashley must have too many money to waste on compensation.

Pardew left Tevez and Mascherano on the bench b4 at West Ham for Harewood and Mullins
Hope he wont pick Ameobi and Guthrie ahead of Carroll and Barton shocking.gif

5 and a half year and wages of approximately £500k per year for Pardew is an absolute INSULT towards Hughton mad.gif
If Pardew are getting those ridiculous amount then certainly Hughton should at least deserved to be offered twice the amount of wages and contract duration
Fat ash absolutely undermines the sheer contribution of Hughton towards the team, disgraceful really

Nothing we can do now, fat ash is obviously toying with our club
Hopefully we wont get stuffed by Liverpool this weekend just like 2 seasons ago, and everyone knows what happen after that match
Given voiced out and he was gone by February

Fingers crossed Carroll will not follow suit though his roaring ambition might suggest otherwise, may his Geordie roots keep him with us, at least for a few more years

5th manager in 3 years
Talk about longevity where all the great managers like Wenger, Ferguson and Moyes enjoyed even though each of them had endure failures initially
Why CANT cashley see that, all he cares about are his pennies, nothing more
Cashley and his so called 5 years plan, loads of rubbish

Added on December 9, 2010, 11:51 pmA very well written article from nufc.com, pretty much sums up what all of us are feeling right now

but CH enjoy massive initial success kicking ass in the championship, the first season in EPL is not that consistent but hardly suprising since no big money being spend to boost the squad. Ashley have high expectation of abramovich but not spending the money like him.
