but then so far is it ok the lighthing for your house ? is there a day when u feel too dim and u remove the glass cover ? or all the while with the glass cover is also ok with u ?


how bout porch ? what is the watt usage for porch downlight ?

actually, if not bright enough, can always change to a higher wattage bulb. Can't we?

If the opening is big, yes. Provided is using the build in Ballast. If using external ballast, the wattage is depend on the ballast.

WeiKee is right, I am going to use external ballast, so the selection (glass or no glass downlight) is very important to me, as I cant change to higher wattage bulb later >_<
