hm.. so far there is no region lock.

r1 = us DLC

r3 = asian DLC

if u have a MY account. jst get a r3. otherwise u need to create a US psn account to enjoy the R1 DLC. such as the stealth cars which comes in handy keke

if u kind enough to read the first page u should know the answer already
