Guys. I can't change tyres. Is there level restriction that would restrict & allow user to swap tyres?

I can't change it through tuning & it pre-select the cheaper tyres even the event clearly stated "unrestricted Tyres".

how did u did that. ive tried but cant.

Kind of weird when you need to equip the tyres but instead you get tyre description and button to close it in garage mode.

turn out u dont need friends. can just change friends to my locale and create as many grudge u want..haha..work for me. gonna try tonight whether the code can be use with R3 Disc...must use eu account to redeem
