I received my londonbis notice today, wrong name, wrong number of share .

Wrong bank, and wrong account number..luckily the e-dividend that bank into my bank amount correct.

It is so scary to me. what kind of stupid mistakes?

Print wrongly, and bank in wrongly??

Wah, everyone must check their e-dividend registered acc, see got Santa sending you some free dividend or not?   

Btw, who is the registrar of the company?

This happened to someone I know too. Received lonbisc's div chq with correct add but wrong name. Told her to return it to the registrar with a letter to tell them the error.  

not much surprises since it occur with same company that makes poor decision.

Economy activities are not fully recovered despite good GDP number showing.

For industrial product, in most industry, margin is pretty tight and facing inflation on cost side quite severe, and ability passing down the cost is somehow unclear as demand is not strong enough.

Even oil refiner like Shell are facing profit margin squeezing.

I think both are correct.

One is the description of the period  and the other refers to how the TOP price is determined.

i dunno much about KSeng. Perhaps looking at usual eps, pe, nav, dy can help u to decide.
Mbb platform shows PE is 15, DY is 2% .. and this year's first 3Q eps ex special gain is lower if i'm not wrong..
it would be better if they give Cash out in this case imo..
is it mentioned what they plan to do with the cash ? with BI + cash in hand.. they could be planning for something...

but I might let go between 6.52-6.8, if there's a chance.

Original = Rm 6 x 1000 = 6000
After BI = RM 4 x 1500 = 6000

your 1000 shares become 1500. So, $6 divide 1500 = $4
This company is quite kiam-siap one. almost everything put into the retainer.
But management is prudent, so at least we can rely on capital upside.

yup, eps diluted, quite similar to share split, just the accounting effects is different.
The benefit is, if as a long-term shareholder, you get more number of shares  and then benefit from it when the price appreciates. (one example is QL  but this cannot apply to all bonus issues)

hehe... yup EPS will be diluted.. divvy may be less.. but it's actually the same amount you get.. >.>

imo, BI is good to shareholder when:
~they bought it at super low price.. for eg u bought Kseng at 4.00
~company grows steadily post BI.. eg:
Pre BI: 1000 shares, Profit 100M, 10c divvy
Post BI: 1500 shares Profit 150M, 10c divvy...

if not wrong, Keck Seng has a piece of industrial land worth a lot supposedly to be sold for the Iskandar project, but so far have not heard of that news yet. That could be another catalyst, but this is only hearsay yah......
