really want to play but i think im too late to be elite like you guys, since u guys learned skills for 7 years already

that doesn't mean we wont help or something

training time in this game has little impact on game play

the skill only allow you to fly what ship you want but when it come to pvp
number and fleet commander skill are the truth deal
