you don't really need to read a 100-page book to know the tricks.

exercise alot, particularly cardio to reduce body fat%
clean bulk, low carb, high protein diet.
and abs exercises (tonnes of it on the net, search for it).

You don't need a book to get abs. The information is freely available on the net.

I mean, how many times can the author really say, low fat diet and workout over and over

No matter how fancy one may make it sound, getting those abs is nothing more than eating cleanly and exercising. You're wasting your money buying something when you can get the exact same answer somewhere else, for free.

If you're able to do the regular crunches, why not add some weights to it. I'm using my dumbell to do crunches.

doing 100 crunches will not work for you to get abs if u arent using your cores(abs). i aint saying cruches are useless but u need to do more abs exercises. don ask what r those exercises.. youtube n the net have tooooooo much info for u to get.

'even though u have world most sculpted abs, its not gonna reveal if you dont lower your bodyfat%'

++++1!

Crunches is useless for someone with high BF%! Try to reduced until less than 18%, then u can start to work ur abs. Lower BF% by cardio and eating healthy.

To TS,Thats the only secret. U dont need to spend money to buy the ebook.
Trust me, 1st hand experience here.
It takes me about 1 year, without any supplement just cardio, lift weight and watch my diet.

How you track ur bf honestly, if you actually do that?

Do you know your exact calories for maintenance and how much u eat on bulking days or cut days and what kinda diet are you doing or are you just doing it by feel?

Please google it, BODY FAT PERCENTAGE CALCULATOR. U need to take measurement at some part of your body, your height and weight. Not 100% accurate but as reference to know where u are at least. Mine currently is 14.4%. Still working to lower it until 10%, hopefully.

There also calorie calculator, just goolge it to know how much u need roughly per day. Normal male need at least 2000 calorie per day (min).
