Settings -> Carrier -> Automatic Change Automatic to the Carrier you want. When I was roaming in Singapore I sometimes switched between StarHub and Singtel. Maxis Prepaid and Postpaid is the same Carrier - MY MAXIS

thanks for heads up. i mean how to update the carrier?
if you're using maxis, what is the current carrier says ? mine is Maxis 9.0
you can check them in setting > general > about > and see the carrier.
i remember when i was on 4.3.1. it says the Maxis 10.0
but when i downgrade to ios 4.2.1 now its is Maxis 9.0

Anyone here who normally use the speakerphone/loudspeaker mode while making a call? I normally use it and the other party of the call always complain to me that my voice is too soft and not clear, as if I'm talking very far away from the phone. Is the iPhone noise cancellation working too much till it cancels your own voice while in speakerphone mode? I dont think Nokia has this problem. Speakerphone mode is important to me while driving.
