I thought free MOT is better than 2%. For the twinvilla, 2% is around 30K, MOT is around 60K. So previous buyer having better bargain.

It is among the best among the famous rick enclaves in KL.

The access road is a proper tarred short double lanes with landscape.

Lots of famous rich enclaves in KL, you need to pass through village and dirt road before reaching the development.

This is the same with all new residential. TM will only do the connection if houses on a particular road have more than 50% applicants.

Not easy to sell > 1M houses nowdays.
Gamuda should be aggressive on the commercial. Good commercial will bring in the crowd and ONG and HUAT...then ppl will fight to buy the luxury houses...

IOI also building highway ramp straight from SKVE in and out the mall! That's cool!

Yes, from JH guardhouse to the mall, less than 10 minutes.

Actually the latest phase was done by 2 contractors. 1 contractor's job was good and hence awarded the Jadite Suites job. Another contractor's job was bad. Most of the complains are from houses done by the bad contractor. This contractor is slow to repair the defects because they're not based here anymore. The other contractor is very fast to repair defects because they're still doing the Jadite Suites and are based nearby.

Regarding the flood on the way from JH to Bkt Angkat, it was because of the development of the semi-d office/factory. Now, the floods are no more because the construction are nearly complete.

Regarding the township, it is quite badly managed due to the manager. He should be fired from the start. But with the help from JH Resident's Association, the township is improving.

There's Unifi connection now thanks to the strong pressure and follow up from the Resident's Association. JH's RA is really good and united.

IOI City Mall is very impressive. Such large crowds on the first opening day even though there are many shops not yet ready. The best thing is, it is only 10 minutes door to door from JH to the mall! yeah! Finally we have something big in South KV.

The Hills' landscape is terrible. Landscape like no landscape at all. Simply put trees here and there without any design. Look so different from the earlier phases (the Garden and the Lakes). Developer changed to new landscape company, hence no more award winning landscape. Developer cutting corners. BAD! BAD! BAD!

I guess you bought hill before checking  the master plan details right? I see you hill areas trees ( near fencing) and getting stronger and bigger.

It is after checking the master plan details and visiting the whole of JH that we decide to buy. Now 1 year after VP, the outcome is not as per standard set as before. Don't believe? Come to The Hills. Come and see the rojak landscape. Come and see the new "playground" and judge for yourself. This playground is build after phase 7 residents fight hard to have a playground as per detailed in master plan but was not build by developer. They just cincai build the playground. Cincai build it and use inferior materials. Grass also not planted correctly. You thought only got 1 person complain? Come and talk to all the residents here.
