Didn't ask. Jade Hills has less than 30% available land remaining for development. What I understand the land will be used to build bungalows, sell bungalow lots and probably some terrace houses. No more semidees.

Probably you can highlight what defects you noticed during your visit to Rymba Garden. As for me, my house is in Hana Garden. The only defect is the constant leak from the roof top and it took MO almost 2 years to rectify it (fortunately I have not moved in yet). MO got a roof specialist to look into it and now it is rectified. Apart from this issue, workmanship in JH overall is considered good and much better than some big time property developers. This was confirmed by my contractors, M&E guys who have done works in those townships.
