Link houses were supposed to be limited edition.
Thee apartments are sitting on commerciql land. Different from jh landed proper.
Owners are not compulsory to join club. The club needs members to survive.

Jh scored quite good for conques.
Generally better built than some bigger names developers.
My unit only have one sliding door cant locked and water sipping thru window frames after 6 mths.

They just borrow the sample and try to monitor them. while many owners are happy to comply, but there will always be those lansi ones that ignore these rules.
