to my surprise despite the smaller size of 4/3 sensor the separation power of 45mm f1.8 is very much adequate
couple with the upcoming pana constant f2.0 zoom lens,i really a bit got carried away,i will still wait for nex-7 and the sony E 50mm f1.8 OSS comparison before taking the plunge into any of the system

anyone know of E-PM1 out dy for msia?? if this VS XZ-1, the E-PM1 still better rite for a USD500... with 14-42 II mFT lens?

i have almost the same dilemma when ep-3 came out as i own the xz-1 currently and still being quite happy with it everyday
i think if compare solely with 4/3 product particularly with kit lens only, both has almost same scores i think in different way
m4/3 cam has good iso performance in relative to xz-1 but if using the slow(narrow aperture) kit lens only,u have to push the iso a lot, while xz-1 couple with outstanding fast lens doesn't require that much raising in iso in low light, even at the long end of the zoom,in the end i think both would be quite near in achieving good photo in all condition, there r other attribute of coz like dynamic range but i don't pay attention to that,of course game changing moment would come when the constant F2.0 x lens come out and assume u would afford it
and remember xz-1 has everything in smaller neater package, its fast enough and much more versatile in difficult condition, which lead me to keep my xz-1 for now
