i think i will go visit dr.ko again these few days to get consultant frm dr.ko directly....hope that they wont bring me to beauty consultant again...

they ask me to eat 1 pill every morning after breakfast...if lips too dry can skip for few days...

After one week still no result, just wait for a few more week. 1 week is too short. And that's exactly what they have informed me when I first consulted them for my acne problem. Eat everyday and stop eating when lips too dry. And as usual, 1 week is too short. After few more weeks and you'll realize that your skin will not be that oily anymore. But always remember that when your face is less oily, your skin tend to be dry. Use a moisturizer if possible. I remembered Dr. Ko never prescribe me using a moisturizer until I complaint about my dryness.

You only reduce your pill intake once your acne has been controlled. Dr.Ko will never tell you to reduce the pill intake because I'm pretty sure they want you to continue purchasing from them. They only start telling me to reduce the intake after I compaint about the expensive price I'm paying for these pills then only they told me to reduce it. Remember, only reduce the intake SLOWLY and one step at a time. From everyday intake, reduce to probably once in every two days and so forth.

And this pills is used to reduce your face oil. Once you managed to control your face oil, eventually you'll be able to control your acne. Acne is produced when there's an accumulated oil at your skin pores. Therefore, reduce your face oil will help control your acne output as well.

i thought laser can clear my acne scar in short duration since it is costly...then i no choice have to wait loh...

You have already controlled your acne? Well, on the safe side, just continue eating as prescribe by the doctor for the next 1 month or so till you can feel that there's less oil coming out from your face. Once you've controlled your face oil, then only slowly reduce the intake.

There's few possible reasons to why acne only popped up at your right face. First of all, did you sleep while laying your right side of your face on the pillow? If it is, this could be the cause as our pillow is filled with lots of germs and bacterias that can stimulate acne growth. Adjust your sleeping posture and the best would be your eyes facing the ceiling. Secondly, regularly change your pillow and bed sheet to ensure them clean at all times. I don't think it is internal. If it's internal, it will popped up at every part of your face.

It is not possible for you to eat until your face had no oil. Only eat the pills everyday untill your face oil have reach an acceptable level. Different individual had different level of tolerance. Once you're satisfied, slowly reduce the intake to one pill in every two days.

both side also have wor...i think not cause of pillow because i always keep it clean...

it is something like 1 of the acne are infected by bacteria...and i usually dont squeez it our because it will leave scar...so i just put some acne cream on it and let it cure...but sometimes it become very red bump and at last burst itself and become acne scar...then it will grow on 1 cm below it...and same things happen...
so i wonder izzit the bacteria are still inside my skin because i din squeeze it out so it will keep on infect my skin...
i 4get to inquire doctor about this...but luckily now din happen anymore...

hm,now my face not that oily as before...quite smooth and moist...maybe because i moisture my skin well...
now just the acne scar...do u did oth laser before?like co2 fractional?

btw,did u know any cream can cure scar?i did ask the beautician but she say din have such things...i 4get to ask the doctor...but i did heard got stuff like merderma,bio oil that are available in pharmacy can cure scar...but not so effective...how come dermatologist din have this kind of things?
actually i finding a silicon gel called dermatix...it has good review on the net...but u only can get that frm dermatologist...
quite expensive also...around RM120...recommended by a dermatologist on net...

By the way, any of you has tried the laser treatment of the 3 clinic that i listed? Or other clinic? I want to know whether their laser treatment is good or not and how efficient to cure my scars.

actually mostly acne is an internal problem. somewhere your digestive system no good then your body building up toxin levels too high to handle. they need to come out from your body anyway but your liver cant handle that big amount of workload so it comes out from your skin as acne where the pus formed and nasty stuff.

having a good diet can help in the long run. avoid fast foods, junk food and many unnatural foods(with added chemicals and preservatives). and also eat more vegetables and fruits!

The cream is acne cream.. i took the pills for 2 years d i think... couldnt really remember... but i finish the whole course...
i dun think you stop time will suddenly get acne since u have no acne problem before eating... my acne came back i think mostly is because im working night shift now... liver not so productive since i do not sleep at night...

but i suggest u not to take the pill so often as it is proven by articles and my experience that Roaccutane can cause skin to be thinner... read wikipedia and other articles linked to it... my experience is when i went for paint ball... when i got hit, my skin got penetrated easily and leave a permanent scar on my hand... even the owner of the paint ball place said he never see such injuries before since paint ball wouldnt penetrate so much... so its down to my skin... i used to be an active kids who fell alot and stuff when i was young.. i can say that time my skin is not thin.. hehe...

Taking thisl pills will cause your skin to be thinner. Doctor did warned me before that. When you first take these pills, the skin on your face will become dry. Once they get dry, those skin will slowly fall off. The reason behind this was to shed old and damage skin to allow new skin to grow. Somehow, taking these pills too frequent will cause too much skin to fall off.

ya.. my doctor didnt warn me... i learned it the hard way... anything to make skin thicker??! but not thick face??! haha..

The best way that I know so far would be reducing your intake of those pills. Depending on these pills too much can bring more harm than good.

i was just following the whole course... finished d... but just that skin permanently thinner cant do anything about it ?? im a guy... must have thick skin... think skin for girls maybe look fairer la...

i went to Dr.Ting in Jln Imbi for skin consultation (skincare products+pills).. i wasnt that consistent on my treatment .. so not much comment..

but i'm interested on laser treatment.. how long will it take to see difference? n how bout the cost?

You should be able to see the effect after 2-3 week but different individual will yield different results. As for the cost of treatment, depend very much on your face as well. If you face had more acne scar, that will cost you more as compare to those who had relatively little acne scar.

but roughly how much eh? maybe mild acne scars.. i think there r many types of laser treatment available.. so what kind of laser available in Dr.Ko?

I do wish to know again on what kind of laser able to treat keloid scars? And how much

i heard that dr ko have the most type of laser in MY from oth forumer...
whether its true or not u guys have to find out urself...
just to let u guys know that i did laser which is RM10 per shot...
i dun satisfy with the result i have now...i totally lost confident on laser treatment...

after i did research on net,i found out that laser not really suitable for asean skin...maybe u guys should look more on microdermabrasion/microneedling/chemical peel which is much more cheaper...
