Do you have the elantech program opened? Check whether u have etdctrl.exe on ur task manager

Open MSConfig, go to startup tab, see got eLan or not and enable it...

The AC/DC power adaptor, the one can change from 3V till 15V...
Cut the cable and join both fan and power supply
then find the spot which can cool down the most....
