That is just OS settings, doesn't mean the keyboard must have it...

To do clean install, you need to find Windows disc,
You can't do clean install with the recovery disc... |

No Win 7 disc in the package,
The recovery disc is just to restore your Windows back to factory default, just like how you bought it, still include all the bloatware.. |
