The cowshed belongs to the temple. Unless they can "move" the temple elsewhere, the cowshed will still be there.

Very nice photos indeed! Heard that this project will be conquas graded. The conquas guy is apparently pretty strict, coming at night to shine a torchlight at the internal walls to look for uneven skim coating etc. lets see how they score on conquas later.

Had a recent chance to go up close recently. Based on my assessment, handover before mid 2014 is "impossible". The building exterior is really very nice. Is there any other condominium in Malaysia which has exterior full metal/Alluminium cladding? Seen many modern offices with it, but never a condo in Malaysia. Why? Costs of course. So smooth & shiny, especially during early morning and evenings.
Interior wise, every floor's lift lobby has floor-ceiling wood panelling installed. Each unit will be served by own "mini-corridor" thats "common area". Kinda like "free" space. 2 floors (of double volume height each) sky gardens at each high rise block. As for corner units, confirm that "lucky" ones will have a side window, either at master bedroom or master bathroom, depending on floors. This is important as for certain units, one can actually claim to have "KLCC view" via this small window. |
