QUOTE(celciuz @ Nov 22 2010, 09:22 AM) Different quality! I compared before... the Canon one is like thinner :S. My friend pair with 17-55. DIE ! Video some more D7000? Wohoo~! Well, was looking at friend's D7000 photo. Pretty impressive despite using just the 18-105 to shoot indoor without flash. LOL. The color output from D7000 is really vibrant! Love it~! Ahh, this shall serve as my second body (or third when I upgrade to FX) QUOTE(MichaelJohn @ Nov 22 2010, 09:23 AM) That's just a prototype.QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Nov 22 2010, 09:24 AM) I see.... 116 mm ady so nice bokeh No idea. Any info of the evil camera? More info from link below. http://www.truphotos.com/2010/11/22/nikon-...-model-cameras/ |

QUOTE(MichaelJohn @ Nov 22 2010, 09:36 AM) Apparently, SB-700 GN number lower than SB-600.SB-700 GN only 28. http://speedlights.net/2010/09/16/nikon-sb...600-and-sb-900/ This post has been edited by KTCY: Nov 22 2010, 09:46 AM |

QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 22 2010, 09:53 AM) I have SB-800. I want nothing.QUOTE In terms of Guide Numbers, things haven't changed a lot. For FX cameras, the GNs tend to be very slightly lower for the SB-900 than for the SB-800 for equivalent settings, though the ability to focus the flash head and the 200mm head position can give you a boost if you're not trying to light really wide areas and prefer to limit the flash coverage. Also, there's a bit more power at the very widest setting, probably due to changes in the diffuser. From a practical, functional level, I'd rate this all as a wash. The ability to shape the beam is actually more beneficial in actual shooting than a bit more power would be, in my opinion. Bottom line: don't expect a light level boost over an SB-800. http://bythom.com/sb900review.htm This post has been edited by KTCY: Nov 22 2010, 09:59 AM |

QUOTE(zstan @ Nov 22 2010, 09:59 AM) QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 22 2010, 09:59 AM) Post and reply as much as I can see how long will it take to reach V2. Actually I disappointed with D700 low light condition. with 1.4 also disappointed Got new feature with SB700? I tot its just an upgrade of sb600 with master function... With the iso6400 of D700 and 24 F1.4, flash is not really that needed at night already. I mostly use my sb900 for fill flash only which I think is too big and heavy. |
