There's network issue around ur area...

Haiz, just went to Queensbay DSS and ask, they said system down but dont know for how long. Regretted restarted my phone. From no Data to no service.......

Edit: and before I forget, only selected number got this problem. My 2 other friend using Digi iPhone not affected.

Edit2: After reset the network, everything is up again.phew

seem im not alone...off the phone yesterday night..no line since this morning..

Dchat cant login using mozilla..must use IE..DIGI customer service phone line no1 ans keep say busy.

i'll called dg careline..the auto operator told that there are data problems..it takes around 4 hours to recover..haiyyaaa...

Apparently digi prepaid got no problem. Wtf!! Postpaid got problem but prepaid no problem zzzz

mine no network for like 15 min to half an hour but now ok.
I'm at Mid Valley.

DiGi is facing network outage nationwide with its 3G network. As a result users will be receiving invalid SIM or SIM could not be recognised on their devices.

While DiGi is currently looking into the issue, the quick solution to stay connected with basic calls and SMS is to disable 3G. You can go into your phone settings to disable 3G or switch to GSM only.

If you still facing issues, try the following steps:
1. Switch to airplane mode before making the switch to 2G/GSM only mode. Then switch back on.

2. If still doesn’t work, restart your device. We suspected after the SIM card was detected as “invalid”, your phone might refuse to retry connectivity until its restarted again.

my hypothesis is this has something to do with the hacking phenomena resulted from the SKMM blocking issue...

i still can call but cant on the data network..

wow.. i was in kajang and bangi earlier today and faced the no service problem, i thought my phone kong already.. now having read this, at least i know im not the only one.. no choice, had to off edge and 3G, if not, it will appear as no service and then have to restart phone..

digi should give us postpaid customers some compensation, RM5 rebate of our next bill also better than nothing right? hahaha, i know, i m day dreaming...

free 1 month billing better... hehe

hye. i need some help. can i use mms with out have to accidently download celular data. i mean like my old phone, edge or 3g is always enable and mms will download automatically. but here, if i on celular data for mms, other data like internet might also be downloaded. and also, why did i not get any message saying that I have mms in my iphone. i have to wait for someone saying " i sent u mms, did u receive it?" then only i have to on celular data and wait until mms came. and sometimes oso i didnt get mms because there is no notification
