Have they deliver to you? do they deliver to you or ic owner? can the ic owner write a authorise letter for you to collect on behalf?

on the registration page, do you write the ic owner info or your info?

do they swap the phone only or the whole box? what aboth the warranty card?

I'm having GPS problem recently, cannot get a fix lock. Before was ok.

I'm using Sygic Mobile Maps 3D and it was running fine since day one but recently cannot get a fix lock at all throughout the whole journey.

I went to DiGi Bangsar Shopping Centre to claim warranty but they doesn't allow because they say Sygic Mobile Maps 3D is a software issue and cannot produce the problem indoor.

Any idea what should I do next?

It's working but DiGi network so bad especially Mid Valley or even KL it seem like not work. I can't even reach 1GB quota.

My WiFi connection work fine. Connect to my notebook & other mobile phone.

I also want to know which branch your friend went to? It's 1 month already but I still didn't get my replacement set!

they don't take your phone. they will put you in waiting list. they say they will call you once they have stock for replacement set.

but still 1 month using spoil set really sad.

when was this? today? they got replacement stock?

for water damage, they check headset jack & dock connector. if you look closely the headset jack & dock connector, there is a white label inside. the white label will turn red when water touches it.

1 half month still waiting for 1 : 1 exchange...

GPS! Not able to use GPS app to travel. BlackBerry Curve (no GPS) foursquare more accurate then iPhone.
WiFi weak - My cheapest BlackBerry can search more WiFi then iPhone.

Yes! DiGi service is very bad! Call helpline and listen to their promo then tell you all the CS is busy, please call back.

I waited for 6 weeks already still no call from CS for iPhone 4 replacement.

I think maybe we should all go consumer tribunal and complain - consumer vs DiGi.

I'm also waitng for the stock. Anyone?
