Yes, it is my 1st apple product, and i do only notice it when i check the warranty status at apple. Gosh, it happens due to my inexperience in this .
For any1 that purchase iphone 4 & extended warranty, r u given 3rd party warranty o Apple itself?
Is there any chances i can argue bac to them and demand d extended warranty is from Apple?(nvm, mostly is a hard to argue thing, i sign on it ) I was never being told o educated about 3rd party warranty during transactions.

n the service is provided by Mobisure and support by Chartis Insurance, google Mobisure and found out its a co. tat provide extended warranty for phones. and TecProtec Sdn Bhd is d agent for Mobisure in malaysia, if im not wrong...
