I heard the service there is good. Maybe that's the reason for so many people going there?

I personally had a bad experience there. Well, may be...now the service has improved.

That was the place where they replaced my Nokia 6120c mobo 4 to 5 times and most of the time put in a 2nd hand mobo. Since then I never go there.

Just checked at Nokia website. Only 4 places have store + NCC :
1) Brown road, Penang
2) Sunway Pyramid
3) One Utama
4) Jalan Telawi, Bangsar

So I assume Berjaya Plaza is just a service centre.

Sorry to say, I did not feel at all how it was "blowing everything away".

Symbian can change, but whether or not Nokia willing to risk it is another matter. If you wanna compare integration, then you should compare it to Android, not Maemo.
*
That's why I said, depends on individual. When N900 first launched year end last year, it was the closest thing to your laptop/notebook at the size of your palm, the web browsing is fantastic. Of course, now there're more competition, which is GOOD.

Why I compare with Maemo is because both product is from Nokia, being the product fro the same company, they should realize and provides the functions/features that their company is good at. For example, IF Toyota is well known to develop great gearbox for cars, then then come up with another car with rubbish gearbox. It feels weird doesn't it?

Anyway, when I first saw the ads on the social networks integration for Symbian, I thought "WOW", but then, when I see the real thing, it's not actually integrated, no, far from what they have done on Maemo. It thought they have polished it further and implemented in on Symbian, but it seems not so.

Let's see how MeeGo will turn out, or in there is more changes to Symbian.

+1 sifu . The WLAN and 3G connectivity is the best you wont have problem like auto connect.
*
How do you choose Data Network or 3G Connection instead of WiFi?
When try to set widgets to online mode, it will auto-connect WiFi. Only when there is no WiFi, it will prompt me connect to Data Network.

The WLAN mode only can connect to WiFi, there's option to choose where we what to connect to? There should be an "Internet Connection" widget or something like that, then we can choose where to connect.
And the WLAN widget, once your Disconnect WLAN, you have to quickly tap again to switch the scanning off, else suddenly it will auto connect again sometimes/most of the time?

Coz is their fault ma, worst is that the front counter staff is actually from the SE shop next door. I used to scold them before and they still dare do the same thing to my 5800 that time.

Took my phone for repair for almost a month when I call only found out it's repaired within a day doh.gif

Don't put too much hope into it. For one, phone is phone. If it gets too PC like, it definitely won't sell. That's why I'm still target a win7 tablet. Phone will never replace PC/laptop.

The pillar of success is also the root of failure. By clinging onto the pillar for too long will slow you down. That's why Apple has not seen much changes over these 2 years. It's going the same path as Symbian.

True, never put too much hope in it, else end up in more disappointment. Actually, seeing the demo on MeeGo, it didn't look impressive at all (to me at least), it feels Android-ish, like another Android wanna be. Just see how it turns out, if similar to Android, then the big question is, why would people want to choose MeeGo over Android? Not everyone care about the "inner" details, plus Android is much more popular now.
