but i wonder why the price stil consider reasonable...1500sf for 500k starting is very good buy...

those around pj, easily 800k above...

is it because the location is very jam? something must be holding the price back

went there yesterday and have a look. 1500sf is about 750k, about 500 psf
1500 sf left few units only, rest are 1700 or 2100 and above.

Launch on thursday, friday already sold 50%, top 3 floors and certain view all taken up, business really so good? Plus u need to show the invitation sms and driving license only can go in, what's the fuss?

No la, u can buy but got to go there
to register only. They want to keep record.
Only 1800 sq ft units available. Rm 890k above.
Good buy for 1500sq ft at around Rm 650 k range.

stamp duty u have to pay on ur own... around rm20k estimate. they should absorb
