Another theory is SHC has many loyal cash rich buyers who do not mind to park the money without the pressure to sell/ rent.
I predict we will see the similar trend in the upcoming VP Uptown Residences where most purchase are for investment despite the big size in family tower. |

So called high end development. The Gym room also looks Sibeh cacat to the max. Looking up the gym room ceiling want to faint Liao. Worst than mid end gym room. Sibeh cut cost finishing.

I'm thinking of getting a unit there for own stay. One of my concern is the traffic. Any idea how's the traffic like going to MidValley in the morning and coming back? Everyone is warning me about the horrible traffic. |

i think is depend want time go out. Before 7:30 am still ok, after 8am the old klang road will be jam. Got few way to go, old klang road, salak highway. use the waze to check the traffic every morning. I think from happy garden to mid valley just 30 minutes if traffic is bad.
