actually, in good lighting, iso 100-400, the tamron 17-50 f2.8 is also very sharp at f2.8. at iso 400 and above, what body you are using plays a factor in the end IQ as well la. i am sure i can better and sharper and cleaner shots, using an a55 with the tammy, compared with my dinosaur and the tammy at low light conditions, high iso.  |
