And Gnome 3 will break if installed together with Unity , so guyz pls install it at another partition if can biggrin.gif recommended

Looks good, but I'm not really a fan of the font. Too "crunchy", imho
Maybe you should play with your hinting and antialias settings in Gnome a bit, or override em with a custom ~/.fonts.conf file of your own.
Also, check out the Linux-friendly selection of fonts offered by Google = http://www.google.com/webfonts
