Revenue Dropped.. Profit Dropped...

~Sales Vol down.. Raw mats up
~Inventories write down of about 10M due to raw mats price

Prospects:
~Over supply in China and Malaysia's steel market is not doing well
~Low demand from China, Choppy US & Euro recovery
~Expect steel market to be challenging

~Only positive point is China's conservation [green] policy requires industries to reduce output, spurring interest in stocking steel due to lower production.

and their private placement is still on-going right too .

with the private placement @ 0.99...... hope the price up abit

Mr. Chan could have a back up plan to buy back some shares.

Do not really know his motive up to.

He Still has 57% control in P & O.

But do not want to give any false hope here.

Is it possible he want to privatised it at let say 1.2x or 1.6x and then sell it at much higher price?

P&O still good to hold

Tanjong boss is selling the 4ekor business at over 2.5 B, so the power plant is free for him.
