Shareholders of MRCB, IJM Land will have to exchange their shares with securities in the new company which will be listed on a later date. The non-binding offer price for IJM Land and MRCB are RM3.65 and RM2.30 with premiums of 22.9% and 8.5% respectively. before this all denied vehemently, saying such merger/ proposal has not recevived, but the share price continue climbing...
this surely insider trading..
really angry with this ppl. and bursa/sc just keep eye closed..

why petchem when listed in klci30, kick out btoto? I thought gamuda was the last one included when tanjong got out.. hmmm.. cannot see the rationale
