Yes, you are correct. As long you has either a MSI Mainboard or MSI VGA then you are good to go. Regarding the MSI 5770 Hawk, glad that you love it. And i guess the fan sound is kinda unavoidable. |

I would agree with mcchin, i'm afraid after upgrading you may not see the difference as expected. Maybe you can source around if you got a friend who has a 560GTX to test and see it's good or not, then only make your decision. We wouldn't want you to regret after upgrading it.
