Hi takashiyert,The B75MA-P45 is mostly used for office/home and not recommended for gaming purpose. All of our MSI motherboard and graphics card comes with 3 year warranty. So don't worry about that. As for the board smoking, we're sorry to hear that. It could be many possibilities due to why the board end up smoking. Drop us a PM for further inquiry. |

QUOTE(sukhri @ Jul 5 2013, 01:32 AM) Yes, simple as that QUOTE(radiancephil @ Jul 5 2013, 03:01 AM) I have MSI Z87-G45 running on windows 7 and I have 2 major problems; Please drop me a PM, we could try to troubleshoot on your situation. Need to check on few things.1. USB ports all unstable. Devices always disconnect and reconnect by itself. Very annoying when gaming (keyboard/mouse will stop functioning for a few seconds) and transferring many/big files to external hard disk. 2. Network connection unstable, sometimes certain websites will not load at all. Very erratic. Sometimes can sometimes cannot. I hope MSI will have a fix for these problems because it is not what I expect from modern day motherboards at this price. This post has been edited by MSI-MY: Jul 8 2013, 12:56 PM |

Hi TechnoG,it have weird lines on the screen and not detected by the nvidia control panel [attachmentid=4466291] [attachmentid=4466298] Sorry for the late reply. Have you try the VGA card on the other system, and the issue still exist? Or have you try to put in another VGA card on your motherboard to give it a test also? Appreciate if you able to do the testing, so that we can rectify the problem more accurate. Please let us know if you facing any issue on that. Thank You! |

QUOTE(TechnoG @ Jun 1 2015, 04:49 PM) Unfortunately no, don't have the luxury to do that. Hi TechnoG,btw my vram reading is 0 MB instead of the 1536 MB, could it be something to do with that? Please provide us the Serial Number of your VGA card, we will need that to check the VGA card warranty status. If you still keep the invoice of the VGA card is an advantage too. Please capture the S/N and the invoice and PM us. Thank You. |

Hi Sue_Cinta,
For H97 Gaming 3, the highest support for RAM module is 1600 Mhz. And this mobo is not able to Overclock, (OC). For Z97 Gaming 7, this mobo is supported for Overclocking. The highest support for RAM module is 1600Mhz. While in OC mode, the highest is 3300Mhz. This is the different between H97 Gaming 3 & Z97 Gaming 7. |

QUOTE(sue_cinta @ Jul 6 2015, 02:12 PM) Thanks for the respond... so, that's mean, Z97 still have to use max 1600MHz module right? But, if it overclocked...can clock up to the mention oc speed, isn't it? Hi sue_cinta,If the memory speed number are not mark with * thats mean, I can use that as my max speed module, am I right? As per spec list, the product supports the listed ram speed, with * means overclocking will be involved. Thank you. This post has been edited by MSI-MY: Jul 8 2015, 04:33 PM |
