It reads your CPU load. Meaning how much is the CPU being use while in a state. For example User 64.4%, it means it is using 64.4% of the CPU while you were playing with it. Idle 0.0% so no activity on the CPU while the phone is idle. So on and so forth.

Same here except I've already rooted. Just won't flash another rom until CM7 is released!
I've looked around XDA and found out that there are a few people with the same problem as yours. Nobody can figure it out yet. My advice is to do a factory reset and see what happens.
I don't think it is, even if it is it won't be that significant.
Not sure about the mp3 ringtones.
Have you tried HTC Sync?
Yeah it is working on Froyo... I've flashed to another rom call B 0.2... its awesome.... feels more responsive then stock froyo... gonna test it out more today.
