Just root la. You get the same feel of the HTC Sense Froyo rom using either whitetigerdk or the paul's modaco froyo rom. Official god knows when, cos the WWE edition isn't even released yet. SEA usually gets later than WWE. So? Wait. wait. and wait.

2.05 have this annoying SMS bug, when u go to an SMS thread, it will jump to earliest SMS, not latest one. Unless you use Handcent or other SMS apps la... But other than that, most people downgrade because they want to root it.

Battery life and performance feels the same, for 1.31 vs 2.05.
I'm using Froyo atm, and I can say that froyo seems to consume more battery than Eclair. Maybe it's because I only got myself data plan recently. Hahaha. |

If you use handcent, then no problem at all. THere are a few more bugs that the XDA people pointed out, but I'm not really annoyed by those. Other than that, 2.05 is not bad IMO.

x.xx.405.x isn't asian rom if im not mistaken. Asian region has x.xx.707.x. If i'm not mistaken la.
