Yes, I agree. But with all these extra features, I think it's worth it.

BTW, anyone recommend any OFFLINE GPS apps?

Yup, it's normal. This is only the first release of froyo, hopefully HTC will iron it out ASAP.

A: It's recommended to do a factory reset. It's said to improve speed and performance.

I'm in the same situation as you actually. I installed the update without backing up, I didn't lose anything at all.

I'm currently searching for a backup app as well, I'll keep you updated.

Okay, I just installed application manager from market. Just finish backing up, factory restoring now. I'll tell you if it works.

No. You can use the sd card currently in the phone. It'll make a backup folder so that you can restore it later.

Go buy a HD2 then I trade with you. HTC Legend has been labeled limited edition and replaced by HTC Aria (UGLY PIECE OF SHIT).
