Yeah, i didnt discuss anything about jailbreak or piracy , just asking whether there are copies leaked ( Legitimate copies of the actual game )

What i meant from OFF the NET was like ebay where people are selling their copies worldwide before the actual release date

I'm about to ask the same question, Italy and France already started to sell in store, and from what I heard in China they'll start selling in the evening of Tuesday. Do we need to wait for Wednesday?

It really depends on the seller. If a seller has the game already, he/she may decide to break the street date and start selling the copy before Wednesday.

In Malaysia, all signs point to at least Wednesday.
