Princess is right. My Duplex above 20 floor was about the same price. Provided with many things like air con, kitchen cabinet, fridge, oven, hood & hob etc. quite complete though not fully furnished (like what ur friend got) as they did not provide bed, table, chairs, TV, rice cooker etc....did not know that Mahsing fully furnished their MCity. Just checked the SnP last night and only realized that MS is supposed to VP phase 1 in July 2015 but looking at the construction progress to date, i don't think they can even deliver year end. Looks like they have to pay LAD big time. Anyone in the same situation? Tq

I maybe the lucky few to have benefited from MS projects. Bought Garden Residences at RM795k, sold at RM1.35mil, bought MSuites at RM800k, sold at RM1.18mil and bought duplex M City high floor at RM670k, hoping to exit at RM1 mil after VP. I bought all the above during preview. I still think timing is very important. My principle has always been buy during preview and not half way through construction especially MS projects as the rate they increase their prices is really quite ridiculous. I don't fall in love with property. I buy and I sell fast. I don't go for yield esp for resi. Maybe just my luck. I must agree with u is that MS service is damn shitty. Personally I quite like M City concept (if it turns out to be like what they illustrated). Whether or not it is worthwhile to invest at the current price, I will leave it to investors to make the call. Of course I hope people will buy as I am looking forward to sell mine...

Princess, I hv seen too many such character. So learned along the way to just ignore. On LAD, I have gone through my SnP, I think LAD should start already like you say in May. Well, I am actually like the place if it turns out to be like their illustration, beautiful lagoon, hanging garden, well managed shopping mall and also good tenant mix. Just a it worried about tenant mix as Mah Sing has fully sold all the shops. If it is left to owners to look for tenants, we may not be able to get the right mix and overall management of the shops can be challenging. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ya, my boss who is a close associate of Mah Sing told me the same. Village Grocer has actually purchased the corner unit. All shops have been sold and owners are looking for tenants now. Really hope the shops can operate soon to give life to the place. After more than 2 months, there is no agent calling for rental of my SOHO unit at all. Any purchasers already rented out their unit?

Thks bro. I hv contacted a lot of agents. None of them call me back . Guess have to wait for the retail shops to open and the completion of phase 2 and 3. This year looks like no chance to rent out.
