650psf was the burung awal price...as I remember.....

usual for mahsing to give super duper discount for early birdies...then later jack up prices....

not sure if its fully furnished or not.

even the introduction incentives of rm2000 also didn't pay, after 2 looooooooooong years........

I am in full support of GKS.

of course no all studios are doing well.....you must know where to buy...

so far among my peers.....NONE of them have difficulty rented out their studios......and I dun mean just one or two units.....

rental drops, YES...but not to the point you need to rent out 1/2 price and coughing blood every month to cover your instalments.

4mths is definitely not a long time to hunt for tenants.

But with this jln ampang scenario...the longer u wait..the more units will float into market....

no lah.....I believe the forumer was saying doesn't mean owners got fat LAD they will keep the unit vacant for one year. who will turn away tenant if there is demand? deposit issue aside...

I totally get him.....if everybody also rather hold empty for 1 year bcos of fat LAD, then it will indirectly create bad feng shui for the building and business for M City.

there is no denying that speedrent opens the door for tenant of the possibility of NO DEPOSIT mechanicism. Some people just want to take further advantage of it.

BUT whether the credit card info holds any water...I am not sure....I dunno if tenant can call up his credit card company and claimed unauthorised usage of his credit card or not.

noob question here....

if the advertised price or reserved price as per above ads...if there is no bidder for that price but someone is willing to offer 10% lower....will the property got sold on the same day?
