Good news - the Theatre/Movie room's main door at Level 24 has been fixed. Well done!

1. First 2 photos taken at Block 1 viewing deck @ Level 29.
- Photo 1: Not sure if this is caused by vandalism, or an incomplete work by the developer
- Photo 2: This is not vandalism. Just to highlight the steel's surface torn-off already for such a brand new building. Is it due to low quality material used ???

2. Photo 3 taken at Block 2 viewing deck @ Level 23.
- This is not vandalism. Just look at the rusty edges for such a brand new building???

The VP condition given by developer is with partial furnished done, just more to defect fixing after that.

All the gardens are still under construction.
Do not expect to see the garden view from your unit next week, potentially the nice garden view can only be seen in Dec 2016 onwards.

Congrats on finally gotten the key for your Garden Residence.

Not the technical person - do not undertand the photo laa...
Is that referring to the shortcut of only using single inlet tap for cold/hot mixer...

Block 3 is not even completed, how to open Village Grocer?
The multi-tired garden still work in progress. Perhaps will be completed only after CNY.

From the lighting at night from MRR2, M-City occupancy seems good.
Block 1 about 70%, and the newer Block 2 is about 40%.

For the tenant or resident :
1. How's the broadband connection there? Is TIME broadband available?

2. With more residents and tenants occupied the unit now, how's the quality on the maintenance of the facilities?
