Many. Never ending from here.
But is more complicated now to buy from lelong here.
Coz title already issued and majority if not all units yet to do title perfection.
Double transfer process. Developer (Mah Sing) disallowed direct transfer to the new buyer.

The smaller size unit attracted 8 bidders.
Fight from 380K and sold at 428K.
Do they even know that this project required double transfer process?

Bigger unit sold at reserve price 534K.
Single bidder won unchallenged.

MOT for first transfer is based on the original S&P price.
For example if the original S&P is priced at 1M, MOT is RM24k.
Not including legal fees charges yet.

Then only proceed with the normal second transfer based on the auction winning price.
